3. Start using wooden mold
4. Prepare insert steps such as gluing, wood polishing, painting(6 layers)
5. Make polish again

Packaging
Wooden jewelry box usually is packed as following:
1. Each box wrapped by thin poly foam to protect lacquer
2. Then put into one top-bottom cardboard paper box
3. Some cardboard boxes into one 3 layers inner brown carton
4. Finally 4 inner cartons into one 5 layers shipping carton.
5. We can print your shipping mark on the inner box and outer carton accordingly.
