Overview
The ball of Forged Floating Ball Valve is floating, under the pressure of the medium, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure that the outlet end is sealed. The floating ball valve is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure and has a good seal. This structure of the Forged Floating Ball Valve is widely used for low and medium pressure ball valves.
The Forged Floating Ball Valve has the same diameter of the ball passage as the pipe diameter, resulting in low flow resistance and high flow capacity. In addition, it has a lowered stem, which eliminates the accident of the stem coming through and ensures safety in use. What's more, its compact structure, light weight, can be considered the most reasonable valve structure for low temperature media system.
